Broker Launch is led by founder David Lawless.
David's career spans renewable energy finance, private aviation, debt restructuring and commercial lending, with more than £500m in transactions handled and a string of finance businesses built along the way.
Broker Launch, though, was born from a harder lesson. In 2018, having built his commercial finance business through third-party broker relationships, David watched £290,000 of expected commission vanish overnight when one of them failed. The risk was obvious in hindsight: the business stood on infrastructure someone else controlled.
Broker Launch is the other route - brokers under their own brand, holding their own lender relationships, building an asset they genuinely own and can sell in years to come.

Commercial finance broking is a genuine, high-earning career, but the barriers to starting have always been high. We remove them.
